Many of the managers are coaching up to 50 children at a training session and organising matches, travel arrangements, kits etc for games. Every year we finish the season with our annual presentation where we celebrate the hard work and effort given by all underage players. We recognise those who play Gaelic, Hurling, Camogie and those who make county squads. The cost of this night is funded by Bord na nOg. With managers giving all their time to their respective teams it is difficult to fit in and organise fundraisers. In an attempt to avoid a weekly charge to parents per training session we urgently need new fundraising ideas or a subgroup of like minded parents to undertake a fundraiser for us. If anyone would like to discuss any of these ideas or be willing to help out by fundraising for us, please contact Laurence ( 087)7532705 or Mary (086)8814608.Senior Awards Night: the date of of Saturday 21st February has been set for the senior awards night.
